For those readers who are LEVA members or have attended LEVA training events, you will be aware that each year, LEVA holds a training symposium in the US. While that is helpful for North American attendees, it is rather far away for interested parties in Europe. LEVA has given the green light for the development of the inaugural 2026 EURO LEVA Symposium.
I am part of the committee that is working on this project. Once we have confirmed a venue and date, that will be announced, and we will then seek input on topics that would be of particular interest to European attendees (and those from elsewhere who want to travel to the UK). This event will be for LEVA and non-LEVA members alike. The focus will be on images, forensic image and video analysis, AI, law, and other interesting and relevant topics.
